Because EyeDetect runs on a Window's biased device, occasionally there are technical issues that arise with Windows resetting the station's optimal settings. One issue that some of our partners have seen is the EyeDetect display appearing zoomed-in when EyeDetect is launched.
This occurs because Windows has reset the EyeDetect Stations display and scale. To fix this:
- Close EyeDetect
- Right-click on the Station's desktop and select Display settings
- Change the scale back to 100%
- Restart the EyeDetect Station
