Unfortunately, in a recent Windows 11 update, Microsoft has enabled Fast Startup as a default Windows setting. We have seen that having Fast Startup enabled causes issues with the Tobii EyeTracker connecting.
Thankfully changing this Windows setting is extremely fast and easy. Please use the attached document to disable Fast Startup on your EyeDetect Station. The entire process should only take 2-3 mins.
