On August 24th, 2021, Converus rolled out an EyeDetect software update. After this date, when you sync your EyeDetect Station, this update will automatically be installed. But once installed, earlier versions of EyeDetect Manager and EyeDetect+ Manager will no longer work with this new version.
The solution is simple, but there are three steps.
- On your EyeDetect Station, if you have not already done so, Click on DataLocker > Sync to download the latest version of the EyeDetect Software.
- Then, on your EyeDetect Station, you will need to close out of EyeDetect and click on the This PC icon on your station.
- Then follow this path – Local Disk (C:) > DataLocker > Converus > EyeDetect Setup > EyeDetectSetup.exe
- Double Click on EyeDetectSetup.exe and select YES when the User Account Control interface asks if you want to allow this app to make changes to your device.
