Converus Dashboard Login Process
Step 1: Account ID & PIN Setup
To log in to the Converus Dashboard, you will need your unique Account ID and PIN (also referred to as your username and password). These credentials are typically created by an Admin user within your organization. Your Account ID and PIN determine what information and accounts you have access to view.
Step 2: Authenticator App Setup
For additional security, you'll need an Authenticator app installed on your phone. Supported apps include:
- Google Authenticator
- Microsoft Authenticator
These apps enable two-factor authentication (2FA), providing "bank-level" security, which is often required by government agencies.
Step 3: Accessing the Converus Dashboard
To access the dashboard:
- Go to Converus.com and click on the Dashboard login button.
- Alternatively, you can type the direct URL: www.converus.net.
- Enter your Account ID and PIN, then click Sign In.
Step 4: First-Time Login & Authenticator Setup
When logging in for the first time, you'll be prompted to set up your authenticator:
- Install either the Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone. These apps are free and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Once the app is downloaded, open it and follow the on-screen instructions until you are prompted to set up a new code.
- Scan the QR code displayed on your dashboard or manually enter the authentication key. This links the app to your account.
- The app will now generate a 6-digit code that changes every 30 seconds.
Step 5: Register the Authenticator Code
- Enter the 6-digit code generated by the app into the Authentication Code field on the dashboard.
- Click Register to complete the setup.
Step 6: Subsequent Logins
For future logins:
- Enter your Account ID and PIN, then click Sign In.
- Open your Authenticator app, enter the current 6-digit code, and click Submit.
