Microsoft has recently come with a Windows 11 software update. We do not recommend upgrading to Windows 11 as it might alter the configuration of the EyeDetect Station and cause technical problems, including with the eye tracker software. Also, many of our older stations (v1/v2/v3) do not meet the hardware requirements to run windows 11.
The EyeDetect v3 Station does not have sufficient hardware (chip) to run Windows 11. If the PC doesn't meet the hardware requirements, it should remain on Windows 10.
If you absolutely need to update to Windows 11 on an EyeDetect v4 Station, please notify us so we can stand by to assist if there are issues. Do not do this by yourself.
