How to access Dell Onsite Support for a V4 Station

When you purchase a V4 EyeDetect Station, it comes with Dell Onsite support included for 3 years. Depending on the nature of the problem, Dell will send a representative to diagnose and solve the issue.  To access this support, please follow these steps:

1) Go to Dell.com - https://www.dell.com/en-us

2) From the dropdown menu select Support > Warranty & Contracts

3) On the next page, enter your laptop's serial number which can be found on the small sticker on the bottom of the laptop next to the letters ST and click search.

4) The next screen will indicate the support services details and if you scroll down you will see the option to contact Dell Onsite Support by clicking the button Contact Us.

5) On the next page, indicate the most convenient way to have Dell contact you and setup a time to have a representative come onsite and resolve the issue.
