Why doesn't the DataLocker drive appear when I open Windows Explorer? (v1 Station)

  1. Check the cable that connects the DataLocker to the computer as it might not be inserted fully.
  2. Check to ensure the cable is firmly inserted into the USB port and into the DataLocker.
  3. Make sure the DataLocker is switched “on.” Check the on/off switch located at the top of the DataLocker.
