Why does a master account always have at least one sub-account with the same name?

When Converus creates a new account for a new customer, the master account and a subaccount are set up so that they have the same name by default.

This is because tests can be put only into subaccounts.

The master account enables the head of the business to have access to all the test results, but the account itself cannot hold any tests.

If a customer or service provider wishes that their sub account not have the same name as their master account name, they need to contact Converus and the name of either the subaccount or master account can be modified.
