What do I do about a faulty USB port?

If you believe you have a faulty USB port, plug the keyboard in to verify. If the keyboard does not work, then you know it is bad. In the event of a faulty USB port, use the USB splitter we have provided. If you do not have one, then you need to obtain one. You should always plug the keyboard and the mouse into the splitter as they require the least amount of power. The EyeTracker and DataLocker should always have their own port and should never be plugged in to the splitter.
