What should I do if the test is interrupted?

If the test is interrupted for any reason beyond the normal resting periods, the examinee should retake the test from the beginning.

For example, if there is a power failure or the lights in the room go off, or if the computer crashes, the examinee must retake the test from the beginning.

The Proctor should stop the test, select the new test from the test grid, and then choose Test > Start from the EyeDetect menu or Test Wizard.
